"Great location" says it all. This is a quite good "second line" Tel- Aviv beach hotel, relatively small, but very well cared, stylish, tidy, clean, equipped. It's just across the street from the Independence park, but pretty long way from the beach. It offers free in-house parking at the basement (street parking is tricky in ta), but the number of parking lots is very limited (only 6), and there's absolutely no space for maneuver - be extremely careful especially if you don't have parktronic. Staff is friendly and prompt. Our room was small, with small bed, small bathroom, small shower, but flat lcd tv on the wall, dvd player, a two-bottles- size fridge, a tea-coffee set, safe, free Internet access. Great view from the roof, moreover, it's a lovely place to relax watching sunset at Mediterranean sea - don't miss it. Breakfast is rather modest, but well served and offers quite many various choices (cereals, cheeses, salads, bakery goods, etc). And, there should be free snacks offered Sun-Thu 5pm- 8pm, but we stayed over the weekend and missed that.
Price seems to be a little bit too high comparatively to the level of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a good stay. They were very friendly and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful decoration throughout. The rooms were a little small but still comfortable, and the fact that all rooms have sea views was a bonus. The breakfast offered a wide range of food, all of which was of excellent quality. I also appreciated the availability of several print newspapers for guests. The hotel's location was perfect, just one block away from a street with lots of restaurants and transportation options. The hotel also had parking, which was rare in this city.
Nothing all excellent.

The staff are always helpful. The breakfast is spectacular, enough to keep you going through dinner. No charge for internet use. The hotel is across the street from the beach and around the corner from terrific restaurants and cafes. It is a very international clientele, mostly European, but also locals. Good value for money
